Job Objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director/VP/ Head of Sales - North America who can align with our strategic plans and be an enabler of hyper. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12+ years of sales experience with a background in enterprise IT sales. They should be a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and the ability to create and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for North America region, aligned with the overall Sales & Growth strategy of the company.

  • Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success.

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team that can generate demand and close business.

  • Successfully engage with some of the largest and most strategic accounts to ensure meaningful and sizable wins. 

  • Identify new sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and execute on sales opportunities to exceed revenue targets. 

  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders and members of the executive team. 

  • Ensure the proper use of CRM and other internal tools for effective data management. 

  • Implement a metrics-driven approach to performance management, rewards, and recognition.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of B2B-based experience, preferably in Enterprise IT, SaaS, product etc.

  • Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success. 

  • Experience in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling. 

  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams. 

  • Well-established contacts within the market and the ability to create new relationships. 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a CAN DO attitude. 

  • Fluency in English. 

  • Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel. 

  • Excited to travel, meet people, and build lifelong relationships.
