Job Objective:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director/VP/ Head of Sales - North America who can align with our strategic plans and be an enabler of hyper. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12+ years of sales experience with a background in enterprise IT sales. They should be a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and the ability to create and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for North America region, aligned with the overall Sales & Growth strategy of the company.

Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success.

Build and lead a high-performing sales team that can generate demand and close business.

Successfully engage with some of the largest and most strategic accounts to ensure meaningful and sizable wins.

Identify new sales opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and execute on sales opportunities to exceed revenue targets.

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders and members of the executive team.

Ensure the proper use of CRM and other internal tools for effective data management.

Implement a metrics-driven approach to performance management, rewards, and recognition.
Requirements:

Minimum of 12+ years of B2B-based experience, preferably in Enterprise IT, SaaS, product etc.

Strong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of success.

Experience in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution selling.

Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.

Well-established contacts within the market and the ability to create new relationships.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a CAN DO attitude.

Fluency in English.

Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Excited to travel, meet people, and build lifelong relationships.
